Terms of service

All fragrances sold by XVDECANTS are authentic. Decants are filled from original bottles and sold in smaller volumes.
Payment is made by cash on delivery or CliQ transfer to the delivery driver.
Customers must be certain before placing an order; cancellations may result in a requirement of 50% advance payment on the next order.

Decants are subject to a standard filling tolerance of 3%.

XVDECANTS is not liable for courier delays once the shipment has been handed over for delivery.
Customer service inquiries and complaints must be submitted by email with immediate proof when applicable.
