Refund policy

XVDECANTS does not accept returns or refunds under any circumstance unless the order is incorrect due to our error.
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery and report any issue on the same day with clear photo or video proof.
If an error by XVDECANTS is confirmed, a replacement will be provided. Compensation may be offered at our discretion depending on the severity of the issue.
No exchanges are allowed.
Customers are required to be certain before placing an order. Cancelled orders without just cause result in a requirement of 50% advance payment on the customer’s next order.
